Quote It. Get the Yes. Get Paid.
One desk from the first call to the money in. Quotes your customer signs on their phone, a board that shows what is stuck, invoices built from the approved work, and payroll that adds itself up. Built and used every day by Supercanic's own mechanics.
- Free plan, not a trial
- No card on any plan at sign up
- Works on a phone, tablet or laptop

Watch One Job Go All the Way Through
A quote goes out. The customer taps yes on their phone. The job lands on the board. The invoice gets paid. That is the loop a shop lives in, running on real screens.
Real screens from our own shop. Names and plates are changed. Watch it on YouTube.
Four Screens From the Quote to the Money
Each step is a screen, and the desk will not let a job skip one. It was built on a phone, because half our work happens in somebody's driveway.

Priced off your own labor rate and parts markup. The customer gets the figure and a link to their own page.

Signed on their screen, or taken on the phone and written down. Who agreed and when is kept on the job.

Every job with a photo of the car. The stuck work is counted at the top, so nothing sits quietly.

The invoice is built from the approved work. Cash, check, transfer or card, and you always know what is still owed.
Screens from the live desk. The customers on them are invented.
Everything the Counter Needs, in One
The pile of subscriptions a franchise pays for, on one desk with one sign in.
Your own texting number, set up by us. A missed call gets a text back within minutes, inside your shop hours.
From the first call to the keys back, on one board everybody can read. Mobile or in the shop, on a map by town.
A digital inspection at the car, and every shot filed on the job and the vehicle. Search them later by car or customer.
Bill it from the approved job and know what is still owed. Cards run on your own gateway after a short setup call.
Flat rate, hourly or commission. What each tech is owed adds itself up as the work is logged, with California meal breaks and overtime.
Recalls, VIN decode and an AI that suggests a labor time you accept or edit. Opens your own ProDemand or ALLDATA from the job.

They Follow the Job From Their Driveway
Every customer gets one link. No app, no password, nothing to forget. Their page shows the job as it moves, the photos your techs already took, and exactly what they approved. Most of the "is it ready yet" calls simply stop.
- They approve and sign on it. The amount is added up on our server, never sent by their browser. A signature is worthless if the person signing can type the figure.
- The inspection, in plain words. What needs doing now, what will need doing soon, and a count of everything that was fine.
- They pay on the same page. The card goes from their browser straight to the gateway and never touches us.
An AI That Has Read the Service Manuals
Ask it the way you would ask the sharpest tech you know. Year, make, engine and symptom. It answers with the check order that saves the most time, not the most parts. Try it right here. No sign in.

The first outside shop on it was a solo owner who is the counter and the tech at the same time. That is the shape we design for.

Questions Shop Owners Ask First
Is Shop Desk really free?
Yes. The free plan is not a trial and has no clock on it. No card is taken when you sign up. Pro is $149 a month and adds your own texting number, the missed call text back, invoicing, payroll and card payments. Or start on Solo, everything in Pro for $50 a month until your first 100 closed and paid jobs, then $149.
Does it work on a phone?
It was built on one. It runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet in the bay or the laptop at the counter, and it installs to the home screen. There is nothing to install on a server.
Can I move my customers over from another system?
Yes, but not with an import button. Start with the next car that comes in, or tell us what you have and we will move it for you. We tell you up front about anything that will not come across cleanly.
Do you sell my customers to other shops?
No. Your customers and your data are yours. Ask and we hand it over. There is no notice period and no contract to get out of.
Who built Shop Desk?
The mechanics at Supercanic, a working repair shop in San Jacinto, California. We run our own jobs on it every day. Every screen exists because the shop needed it that week.
I forgot my password. How do I get in?
Press Sign In, then the link to reset it. The new link comes by email and opens straight into the desk.
